We make it happen

We like to imagine all the good that could happen if you just had a little help. We're all about stronger communities, less limitations put on non-profits, and helping visionaries achieve the change they know is possible.

Grant Writing

We specialize in securing first-time funding for new programming and initiatives as well as multi-year funding focused on growth. We have experience along the full spectrum of grant writing from small community grants to  provincial and federal grants.

Social Impact Coaching

Learn together with your team how to identify, clarify and highlight your impact. We will work collaboratively with you to gather and understand your data, develop a theory of change, create cases that measure and highlight your impact and make action plans for how to share this with your community.

Arts-Based Facilitation

Our goal is to use the arts to communicate the emotional aspects of experience and to lean on the creative processes and expression across the arts (written word, imagery, drama and sound) over fine skill-building.

Research & Evaluation

Our research and evaluation services seek to explore and document important human experiences, to explore new ideas, and for those ideas already created, we offer evaluation support so you can understand your strengths, limitations and how to grow your impact.

Program & Curriculum Development

We build high-impact programming and learning curriculums that are collaborative and rooted in the needs and input of those most impacted. Our approach supports the incorporation of best (better) practices, creative opportunities and key theories.

Arts-Based Community Building

We build community through arts activities designed to meet people where they are at in their creative confidence. We specialize in bringing larger groups together to participate in pieces of visual art that we bring together into a larger collective experience.

" I am very thankful for Jennifer's contributions to our work around peer support and gender-based violence. Jennifer made a strong contribution in her energy and creative ideas. I also really appreciated her facilitation style. It truly made a difference."
