Families Canada, with the support of Nobody’s Perfect stakeholders (Incl. Master Trainers, Provincial/Territorial Coordinators, Trainers, Facilitators and non-program delivery partners), is embarking on a needs assessment project related to the development of a standardized virtual facilitator training. The aim of this project is to explore the next steps in successfully developing a standardized virtually delivered facilitator training, as well as what else could be done to grow Nobody’s Perfect Program’s (NPP) reach and overall impact. This research will inform a report that will highlight trends in the data and make recommendations, some of which may be more immediate than others, for moving forward.
We are thrilled to be supporting this project by leading this needs assessment process.
